1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777af ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account on 777af, depositing funds, or accessing any gaming or betting service offered by 777af, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 777af platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 777af. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform.
• By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age to engage in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• 777af reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Players must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Registration is not available to individuals who have been self-excluded from the platform or who are otherwise prohibited from gaming under applicable law.
• Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the 777af platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Management

• Each player may hold only one account on 777af. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777af login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must notify 777af support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• 777af reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any purpose in violation of these Terms.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly maintenance charge or closure at the platform's discretion, subject to applicable regulations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All deposits and withdrawals on 777af are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal minimums are as published on the payment page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and/or verified during the KYC process. 777af does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• 777af reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a withdrawal being declined.
• Processing times are indicative only. While most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are completed within 5–30 minutes, 777af does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
• Deposits made by a third party in a player's name will not be accepted. 777af is not liable for funds lost as a result of incorrect payment details provided by the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by 777af are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms as communicated at the time of the promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• 777af reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• Players may only claim each welcome or sign-up bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will result in all such accounts being suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed the maximum withdrawable bonus cap, as stated in the individual promotion terms, will be removed from the withdrawable balance.

6. Game Rules and Betting

• All games and betting markets on 777af operate in accordance with their respective game-specific rules, which take precedence in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be changed or withdrawn unless specifically permitted by the applicable game rules or where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault, server interruption, or game error, 777af reserves the right to void affected bets or rounds and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• 777af does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or betting market. Games and markets may be suspended or removed without notice.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777af platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction, self-exclusion, or bonus limitation
• Using the platform to launder money or process transactions connected to illegal activity
• Colluding with other players in table games or sports betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or undocumented game mechanics
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another individual during KYC
• Facilitating access to the platform for individuals who are underage, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777af shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

777af's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

777af does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Privacy and Data

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data by 777af is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to data processing as described therein.

12. Amendments to Terms

777af reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 777af following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms should close their account and withdraw any available balance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777af is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
